Lawyer Costantino Cutolo

Costantino Cutolo specialises in commercial, banking and bankruptcy litigation.

Highly experienced, Costantino has given his legal services to leading companies both Italian and international. These include banking institutions and insolvency bodies both in judicial and extra judicial fields.

In addition, Costantino also deals with contractual law and medical liability, as well as areas of inheritance.

Following his law degree at the ‘Federico ll’ University of Naples, with a dissertation in administrative law, Costantino went on to study at the University of Illinois, in Urbana-Champagne, Chicago, USA. There he was awarded a master’s degree in comparative law in 1984.

In the same year he began his professional career at the Carnelutti law firm based in Milan, Italy. For some years following he continued to work Stateside at the Carnelutti and Downs law firm in New York City.

From 1989, he developed his professional career at Ichino -Brugnatelli & Associates based in Milan. There, in 1991, he became a partner and remained so until 2010.

After founding his own practice in 2011 he joined the law firm of ABCPP in 2015.

Since 1987 Costantino has been enrolled in the Milan Bar and featured on the Register of high court lawyers since 1999.

Professionally Costantino provides legal expertise in both Italian and English.
