Lawyer Carlo Patellani

Carlo Patellani gained his law degree from the University of Milan in 1984 and has been a practising lawyer since 1986.

Carlo trained at a well- known law firm, based in Milan. There he specialised in providing legal services to both Italian and International companies, mainly in the fields of commercial and corporate law.

Following this he then worked for several years as a business lawyer in a multinational company.

From 1992 onwards he developed his legal career collaborating with other lawyers.

In 2000 he joined the law firm of Andrea Arreghini, which later evolved into ABCPP.

Legally Carlo specialises in the areas of: litigation, negotiation and contract law, mainly in the fields of commerce, bankruptcy and credit law.

Professionally he provides legal services in Italian, English and German.
